Jon Traficonte received a BA in painting from Bates College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He has managed numerous projects of various sizes, many for institutional clients, including the Prenatt Music Center at the Belmont Hill School; the Abbe Museum in Bar Harbor; and the Brown Research Library at the Maine Historical Society. He is currently leading the design effort for the new Orientation Center at the Frick Art and Historical Center in Pittsburgh, and for the Phillips Library at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA where renovations are currently being planned. Since 2004, Jon has been the Chairman of the Design Review Board for the town of Natick, Massachusetts. He has been recognized by the Boston Society of Architects through its Awards program.
