"The Shape of Music"

At Boston’s Symphony Hall Warren Schwartz is less known as a founding principal of Schwartz/Silver Architects than as the husband of BSO violinist Sheila Fiekowsky.  Over four decades in the audience, Warren has used music programs as sketchbooks, literally drawing inspiration from the music. “The Shape of Music” combines selections from the programs with his pen-and-ink sketches and personal commentary, and photographs of the built work that sometimes resulted. It shows music’s potential to spark an architectural imagination.
