Nelson Liu first worked at Schwartz/Silver as a high-school intern and returned to work for the firm after obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. The firm has benefited greatly from his versatility in nearly 20 years of professional practice. He has served as Project Manager on major projects for the Farnsworth Art Museum, the Boston Athenaeum, the City of Boston and the University of Virginia, coordinating client, team, and contractor activities. Nelson is a Board member of the Asian Health Foundation of Massachusetts, and is Board President of the South Cove Community Health Center in Boston and Quincy, Massachusetts. He is an Instructor in the Boston Architecture College’s Masters Program.
